INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
FOR THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
The increasingly demanding market of dietary supplements and food for special medical use is looking for innovative solutions – we provide such. In accordance with the development of innovative technological solutions for pharmacy, we conduct a series of research and development projects aimed at the development and manufacture of stable and patented products.
Cooperation with a multidisciplinary team of 18 scientists, enables us to offer comprehensive R&D services, implement technology/products and engage in industrial production of the developed solutions.
RESEARCH PROJECTS
We are currently working on utilizing controlled release technology in the gastrointestinal tract for biologically active factors that operate within the scope of the body’s inflammatory and immune response, as well as those affecting the microbiome of the large intestine, in various forms of administration. Such solutions can significantly improve therapeutic effectiveness and patient comfort.
INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES
The current developed technologies in cooperation with other Research and Development centers, among other:
MICRONIZATION
This technology makes it possible to obtain very small particles of the active substance (API), which increases their absorption and the effectiveness of their action in the body. This method can also improve the stability of the active substance and reduce the amount of substance needed to achieve the desired effect.
MICROENCAPSULATION TECHNOLOGY
This technology allows for enclosing the active substance in microcapsules, ensuring controlled release at a specific location and time. This results in increased effectiveness, product durability, and delivery of the substance to the optimal site of action.
NANOTECHNOLOGY AND LIPOSOMAL PRODUCTION
Nanotechnology enables the production of substances with very small particle sizes, increasing their absorbability and effectiveness. Liposomal production, on the other hand, is the process of encapsulating active substances in liposomes, with the aim of enhancing the bioavailability and absorption of nutrients.
HYBRID TECHNOLOGIES
These technologies combine various production methods, such as micronization, encapsulation or microencapsulation, allowing for the creation of products with even better quality and effectiveness.
